Communications with Immigrant and LEP Communities in King County Washington
The dangers of Carbon Monoxide plagued Seattle during the Winter of 2006 and demanded a quick communications response by Public Health to reach some of the community’s most vulnerable with essential information. Public Health – Seattle & King County worked with local media and community partners to disseminate Carbon Monoxide poisoning prevention messages in 14 different languages.
