Community Connectors in Multnomah County Oregon
To address the potential surge capacity at hospitals and clinics, Multnomah County Public Health Department worked through community liaisons to develop partnerships with community-based organizations (CBOs) to best serve culturally-specific populations. CBOs were awarded grants to develop plans and capabilities for appropriate emergency response actions.
