Vulnerable Population Segment Audience Research
As a part of the VPAT strategic action plan, effective communication was a top priority of Public Health. To better understand how to communicate with certain vulnerable population groups during a public health crisis (e.g. limited English proficient (LEP), generationally poor, and other hard-to-reach communities) we undertook a large scale and valuable audience research project that included key informant interviews, focus groups, and an opinion gathering tool call Q-sort.
